IT Recruiter — Technical Staffing
Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 annually
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation under SecurePro’s applicable written compensation plan. Eligibility for incentive compensation does not guarantee a specific payment.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals for contract, direct hire, and contract-to-hire placements
- Build talent pipelines for cleared and non-cleared technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Manage candidate relationships through the full recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting, preferably in IT consulting or staffing
- Familiarity with IT roles: software engineers, security analysts, cloud architects
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
