Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals for contract, direct hire, and contract-to-hire placements
- Build talent pipelines for cleared and non-cleared technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Manage candidate relationships through the full recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting, preferably in IT consulting or staffing
- Familiarity with IT roles: software engineers, security analysts, cloud architects
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
