IT Recruiter — Technical Staffing

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit IT professionals for contract, direct hire, and contract-to-hire placements
  • Build talent pipelines for cleared and non-cleared technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
  • Manage candidate relationships through the full recruitment lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting, preferably in IT consulting or staffing
  • Familiarity with IT roles: software engineers, security analysts, cloud architects
  • Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
